IT MANAGER - Service & Solutions.

I joined Kaleb General Trade LLC in April 2024 as an IT Manager. I led a team of IT professionals to enhance the company’s IT infrastructure, significantly improving system efficiency. I implemented IT strategies that reduced operational costs, improved cybersecurity, and ensured compliance with regulations. Additionally, I coordinated with vendors to enhance service delivery and support.

CISSP

Currently preparing for the CISSP examination to advance my expertise in information security. Studying diligently across the eight domains outlined by (ISC)², leveraging diverse study materials and engaging in hands-on exercises. Committed to achieving mastery in cybersecurity principles to enhance organizational resilience against cyber threats.

I joined Invaria Tech India Private Limited in 2022 as a Senior Systems Administrator, where I assumed a leadership role in managing and optimising the company's IT infrastructure to drive operational excellence and support business objectives.
